I have struggled with people-pleasing, codependency, and low self-esteem my entire life. I didn’t know how to exist in relationships as my authentic self and instead played it safe by being an agreeable caretaker who never asked for help.

Then, one day, I realized that living this way was taking a major toll on my mental health. I felt so restless, bored, and tired of life. In many ways, I felt like I was just waiting to die - or until someone else came along and made life exciting for me.

Shortly after the global health crisis in 2020, I made a rich, deep promise to myself to live my life for me and me only - and I was shocked by the results.

I, like many women, had a deep-rooted fear that if I stopped being what other people wanted me to be and stopped giving them what they wanted from me, I would end up alone and unloved. But the exact opposite happened.

I learned that having needs, desires, and boundaries - and “burdening” people with all of them actually helped me find the belonging I so desperately craved.

But it wasn’t as easy as “deciding to do it”. I had to work through A LOT of stories that held me back and, at times, convinced me to sabotage major opportunities for growth and connection.

And now I am committed to helping women do the same.

A single session of coaching is $250 dollars.

3-session package:

3 session-packages are $675 ($125 per session).

  • This coaching is for women who are ready to center themselves, break free from people-pleasing and self-abandonment, and build a life rooted in confidence and self-worth. Whether you’re navigating relationships, personal growth, or major life transitions, this coaching will help you reclaim your power and make aligned decisions.

  • Coaching focuses on self-awareness, empowerment, and action to help you move forward, while therapy often explores deep past wounds and trauma healing. While we may touch on past themes and how they affect your current circumstances, coaching is future-focused and designed to help you implement strategies, develop boundaries, and step into your personal power. It is not a substitute for therapy but can complement personal growth work.

  • Each session is tailored to your specific needs and goals. We’ll discuss where you are, what challenges you’re facing, and actionable strategies to move forward. Sessions may include mindset shifts, boundary-setting techniques, inner work, and personalized guidance to help you step into your power. You’ll leave with clear next steps and a deeper sense of clarity.

  • That’s okay! Many clients come to coaching feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what they need. Part of our work together is uncovering what’s keeping you blocked and helping you gain clarity. I’ll guide you through the process and help you identify the most impactful next steps.

  • Coaching is an investment in yourself, and to honor both our time, I have a 24-hour rescheduling policy. If you need to reschedule, you must notify me at least 24 hours before your session. Missed sessions or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable. Coaching packages are also non-refundable, as they are designed for committed transformation.

  • After purchase, you’ll be emailed a coaching agreement for you to sign on Jotform. Once you sign, I send you an email with my calendly link to book our first session together.
